In memory of Grace i have decided to hold a sponsored slim to raise funds for her tribute fund to raise awareness of this dreadful disease and help Meningitis UK's search for a vaccine campaign.
I am hoping to lose 35lb over the next 5 months with a view to raise around £500 towards this worthy cause.
Please help me to support Meningitis UK with whatever you can give as either a donation or sponsor.
I will update you all as soon as possible with my progress and how much ive raised off line towards the event.
