Grace was a happy healthy baby born on the 10th February 2009 at the North Staffs City General Hospital. At just under 12 months old Grace contracted meningococcal septicaemia on the 4th February 2010. She fought hard against this terrible virus for 5 long days but sadly on the 9th February 2010, just one day before her 1st Birthday, her little heart gave up. In her short time with us Grace made such an impact on everyone she met. She was always the centre of attention with her big bold eyes and her most addorable smile. She was the light of our lives and will never be forgotten. A day never goes by where we dont think or talk about you. Love always Mummy and Daddy.
